These terms govern use of BlackScreen.VIP at https://blackscreen.vip. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

The service
BlackScreen.VIP is a free set of fullscreen color tools. Pick a color, and your display shows it. Useful for monitor testing, photography lighting, OLED battery saving, and similar jobs. The service is provided as-is, without an account and without payment.
No account
The core tool does not require registration. There is no customer dashboard, no billing, no subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the tool for unlawful activity.
- Attack, disrupt, or overload the hosting (Cloudflare).
- Scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades service for others.
- Send us malware, secrets, or other people’s private files via email or the Feedback form.
- Impersonate the site or claim endorsement where none exists.
What the tool is not
- Not a hardware calibration tool. A pure hex fullscreen cannot measure gamma, white point, or color accuracy. Use a colorimeter for that.
- Not medical advice. Notes about OLED blue light or night vision are informational, not a prescription.
- Not affiliated with monitor, phone, or camera brands mentioned as context (e.g., iPhone, OLED, RTINGS). Trademarks belong to their owners.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that:
- The tool will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The hex rendered on your screen matches your monitor’s interpretation exactly (panel variance, night modes, and OS color management all shift output).
- A third-party portal or printer will accept images you download here.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the tool — including missed shots, misdiagnosed panels, or purchases made on the basis of what you saw on screen.
Intellectual property
The site code, brand, and design belong to the operator. You may not reuse the BlackScreen.VIP name or logo to imply endorsement.

These terms may change. Material changes will be noted here with a new date at the top.
