The Feedback control in the header is for a short bug, idea, or question. It sends the text you type to the Feedback Hub inbox. It is not a file-upload form.
Do not paste files, base64 blobs, passwords, or ID numbers into that box.
What to include
For a bug, this is enough:
- Page URL
- Browser and version
- Device / OS
- What you expected
- What happened instead
A screenshot of the error text is useful. A screenshot of a passport is not.
What not to send
Do not email or attach passwords, API keys, one-time codes, identity documents, or other people’s private files.
If the bug only happens with a sensitive file, describe the format and size. Recreate it with a non-sensitive sample if you can.
How messages are read
We read mail and feedback in this order: something that stops the tool from working, privacy or security reports, reproducible bugs, then wording and ideas.
There is no published same-day SLA.
